Banquet Servers
- Responsible for banquet set-up, serving food and beverage and removing used tableware
- Works 15 – 30 hours per week; some hours during the weekdays and on the weekends
- Hours vary depending on booked events
- High school degree preferred
- Previous Banquet Server experience desired
- Able to work under pressure while providing good customer service
Banquet Bartenders
- Responsible for bar set-up and for mixing and serving drinks
- Works 15 – 30 hours per week; some hours during the weekdays and on the weekends
- Responsible for beverage recovery system and cost control
- Performs all pre-function and post-function duties as assigned by the management staff
- Complies with cash handling procedures
- Ensures proper identification checking procedures
Houseman
- Responsible for room set-ups and the cleaning of rooms and other areas of The Community House
- Works 18-30 hours per week; some hours during the weekdays, weekday nights and on the weekends
- Sets up rooms for scheduled functions in compliance with guests/teachers’ requests and in accordance with established TCH standards.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all rooms within the building, hallways outside of rooms, and bathrooms.
- Operates room lights, A/V equipment, and sound systems; ensures all are operational.
- Adjusts heating and cooling systems as required.
- High school degree preferred
- Job requires standing, sitting, stooping, bending, crawling, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting over 25 pounds.
