WHY CHOOSE THE COMMUNITY HOUSE BALLET & JAZZ SCHOOL?
  • Dance discipline is incorporated with life lessons
  • Students learn to focus on goals, self-reliance, self-control, commitment, poise, time management, accomplishment
  • Intructors have backgrounds in performing, teaching, and social skills
  • Instructors are educated and experienced in kinesiology and the science of dance.
  • Students are placed in classes according to level and ability rather than age.
  • Small class size allows for more movement space and individual attention.
  • Suspended floor is resilient to prevent injury to bones and muscles.

This program offers a level of quality and professionalism found at no other studio in the area.   An integral part of our program incorporates dance discipline with life lessons that prepare students for the real world.  Whether or not students pursue professional dance careers, the discipline learned from extended study in dance will be applicable throughout the student’s life.  Other life skills include self-reliance, self control, commitment, ability to focus, goal orientation, accomplishment, politeness, consideration toward others, and time management.  They benefit students in many areas including college scholarship opportunities, successful job interviews, social poise, and public appearances.
