The Community House Programs & Enrichment Department is looking for a professional, high-energy person to be the first point of contact; greeting, directing, and assisting our class takers, parents, and instructors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. This is a part-time position; preferably three 8-hour weekdays.



The Programs & Enrichment Receptionist is responsible for handling check-ins, addressing questions, registering students, processing payments, answering incoming calls, and providing administrative support to the department.


Qualified candidates will have a high school degree, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong computer skills, pleasant and friendly demeanor, and ability to handle numerous events simultaneously.
