Where Stars are Born
Don’t miss out on our fantastic Theatre Camps this summer with Joey and Debbie!
Be part of a complete musical theatre show. All musical theatre elements are present: singing, dancing and acting. Campers are guaranteed lines in the show and there are advanced opportunities in character parts for the older, advanced or returning students. There are large group and small group scenes and songs. Ensemble work is emphasized. Learn about the theatre, how to put a musical together, play games, and basically have a ton of fun!
Camp days will include: Introductions, games, theater terms, history stories; talent show day; audition day; read through and casting; special guest speakers and entertainers; hands-on experience onstage and backstage; food, fun, prizes and surprises.

The Sara Smith Youth Theatre brings exciting young talent to The Community House stage in a number of wonderful performances throughout the year. They have presented over 25 full-length plays since its inception in 1987. Children ages eight to 18 are welcome to join our community of fun, where we bring stories to life and explore our talents in the performing arts.
