Controller (Full-time)

We are looking to hire a Controller responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting activities of The Community House Association (TCH) and The Community House Foundation (TCHF) including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash and bi-weekly payrolls.  Also responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, preparing and implementing annual budget, overseeing annual audits, and responding to accounting needs of the companies.  This position requires the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, accountability and teamwork.

Outside Event Sales Manager (Full-time)

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Outside Event Sales Manager with 2-3 years sales experience within a service industry.  The Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for pursuing and securing external sales by establishing relationships and partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and other prospective clients to generate new business and meet established sales targets.

Annual Giving Manager (Full-time)

The Community House Foundation is looking to hire an Annual Giving Manager to develop, plan, execute, track/monitor and evaluate a comprehensive full-year annual giving program. This position will work to successfully organize and develop direct mail solicitations, online giving initiatives, a personalized donor-cultivation program, monthly giving program, commemorative tile program, comprehensive donor analysis and personal acknowledgement of all annual fund donations.


The Community House Programs & Enrichment Department is looking for a professional, high-energy person to be the first point of contact; greeting, directing, and assisting our class takers, parents, and instructors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. This is a part-time position; preferably three 8-hour weekdays.



The Community House (TCH) is currently seeking a full-time Toddler Teacher and a full-time Preschool Teacher responsible for team-teaching alongside the Lead Teachers and with other teachers.  Together staff is responsible for implementing a developmentally appropriate HighScope curriculum in accordance with the philosophy of the Early Childhood Center and state licensing regulations.  The Center is open Monday – Friday from 7am-6pm.

Dance Instructor (Less than 20hrs/week)

The Community House Dance Academy is hiring experienced Dance Instructors for the 2019-2020 Dance Season!  We are looking for energetic and vibrant dance teachers! Instructors must be comfortable teaching Pre-Ballet/Creative Movement to preschoolers. We will still review applications of those proficient in other styles/age-groups including; Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Parent & Me, Pointe and/or Hip Hop.

Server (Less than 20 hours per week)

The Community House is seeking on-call and part-time service individuals to work our in-house social and corporate events; providing a hospitable “service with a smile” experience!


The Community House is currently seeking substitute teachers to work in our Early Childhood Center. The Early Childhood Center serves children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. The Center is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm.
