GRANT WRITER (FULL-TIME)

The Community House is looking for a full-time Grant Writer responsible for the research, preparation and timely execution of grant proposals for the organization; including but not limited to prospect research, grantor relationship building and funded grant management.

PRE-K TEACHER (FULL-TIME)

Responsible for team teaching with Lead Teacher and additional teachers in classroom; including planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate HighScope curriculum in accordance with the philosophy of the Early Childhood Center (ECC) and state licensing regulations; and which supports the mission of The Community House (TCH).  The Center is open Monday – Friday from 7am-6pm.

PRESCHOOL TEACHER (FULL-TIME)

Responsible for team teaching with Lead Teacher and additional teachers in classroom; including planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate HighScope curriculum in accordance with the philosophy of the Early Childhood Center (ECC) and state licensing regulations; and which supports the mission of The Community House (TCH).  The Center is open Monday – Friday from 7am-6pm.

TODDLER TEACHER (FULL-TIME)

Responsible for team teaching with Lead Teacher and additional teachers in classroom; including planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate HighScope curriculum in accordance with the philosophy of the Early Childhood Center (ECC) and state licensing regulations; and which supports the mission of The Community House (TCH).  The Center is open Monday – Friday from 7am-6pm.

Infant Teacher (Full-time)

Responsible for team teaching with Lead Teacher and additional teachers in classroom; including planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate HighScope curriculum in accordance with the philosophy of the Early Childhood Center (ECC) and state licensing regulations; and which supports the mission of The Community House (TCH).  The Center is open Monday – Friday from 7am-6pm.

Dance Instructor (Less than 20hrs/week)

The Community House Dance Academy is hiring experienced Dance Instructors for the 2019-2020 Dance Season!  We are looking for energetic and vibrant dance teachers! Instructors must be comfortable teaching Pre-Ballet/Creative Movement to preschoolers. We will still review applications of those proficient in other styles/age-groups including; Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Parent & Me, Pointe and/or Hip Hop.

Server (Less than 20 hours per week)

The Community House is seeking on-call and part-time service individuals to work our in-house social and corporate events; providing a hospitable “service with a smile” experience!

SUBSTITUTE TEACHER

The Community House is currently seeking substitute teachers to work in our Early Childhood Center. The Early Childhood Center serves children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. The Center is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm.
